Returns & Exchanges
If you like to exchange Merchandise purchased from Alfred Stadler Lifestyle, please send a request to email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. This way we can review the issue and make arrangements. accordingly. We only accept products in original condition and with original packaging. Non-stock items, custom orders, personalized and sales items are non-returnable. Any item marked down 40% or more is considered Final Sale.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A pre-authorized request for return must be received within 14 days of purchase
- Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cost of shipping item will not be credited or refunded. Refunds are issued only in cases of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to:

DO I NEED A RECEIPT?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A RECEIPT?
If you don’t have a receipt, we will work with you to verify your purchase. Please let us know as much information as you can about your purchase so that we can locate a record of it. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your return is received in our studio, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
I BOUGHT ALFRED STADLER MERCHANDISE FROM A THIRD-PARTY RETAILER. CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?
If you purchased Alfred Stadler merchandise from one of our Valued Retailers, please contact them directly to facilitate a return or exchange.
To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we reserve the right to not refund the following:
- Items with a missing label or an item that has been defaced
- Items presented without a receipt
- Items that have been soiled or contaminated
- Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster
- Items that were not purchased directly from the Alfred Stadler studio or website (For example, items purchased at thrift stores or third-party retailers)
- Items purchased at a sample sale
Alfred Stadler Lifestyle is not responsible for any missing packages or COD. We have the right to charge a restocking fee of 20%, if product is not returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of packages received without a Return Authorization.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you need to make adjustments to your shipping settings we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders cancelled after two days may be subject to a minimum 15% or maximum 30% cancellation and/or restocking fee in addition to any incurred shipping costs.
If you have received an item from Alfred Stadler Lifestyle as a gift, you can return it (assuming you are in compliance with our return policy) in exchange for a gift card, which will be applied to your Alfred Stadler Lifestyle account. If you are not already a registered customer, you can create an account online or contact us for assistance. If you use the gift card to place a new order, please note that you will be required to pay the difference if your purchase price exceeds the amount of your gift card.
Store credit will only be issued as a gift card in the currency used to purchase your order. Gift cards can only be used towards purchases made in that same currency. If you currently have a gift card in USD $, that credit will be available to you in the purchase currency of your choice. Available gift card credit will be displayed during the checkout process and can be applied to your next order.
