We were approached with helping solve our client’s problem of their dog slipping on their metal staircase. Our client always wanted leather covered stairs but using leather would still be somewhat slippery for the dog.

We suggested using English bridle leather for the sturdiness and perforating the steps’ edge area to allow for the dog to have a better grip. Securing and finishing the steps with hand-stitching the 2-needle saddle-stitch for a premium finish.

The leather was pre-molded in the studio and applied and hand-stitched onsite.
