We will attempt to ship your order within five business days of purchase unless your product is not in stock. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

Please indicate in the Order Notes that your order is a gift. That will cue us to remove the price tags and invoice from the items in your shipment. All orders come with a packing slip, which is a list of what is packed in the box -- packing slips do not include dollar amounts.

Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 5-15% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The postal services will contact you directly informing about if payment for import taxes is needed.
